Our account managers are recruited for their passion and commitment to customer service as well as their experience of the hosting industry.  

Your account manager is your first point of contact after your solution has gone live. They are trained to understand the technologies we provide, briefed to know your technical solution inside and out and committed to recognising what your business is trying to achieve.

Located in both our London head office and in our French office near Nice, our account managers are likely to be found at customer meetings the length and breadth of the country. Face to face meetings are an important part of building a long term relationship with our customers and key to ensuring we understand your business requirements.
