Meet the technical team

Recruited for their technical knowledge together with a passion for finding the best technology solution, our technical team is committed to getting things right first time, every time. From pre-sales through to design and deployment.

Based at the Network Operations Centre (NOC) in London, or at one of our data centres, our technical team consists of experts in Windows hosting, Linux hosting and networking. 

The engineering members of this team work closely with the NetBenefit product management team to deliver an impressive product development roadmap. Recently this has included the NetBenefit Cloud Service, our global load balancing service SiteRedirect, and the Bare Metal Restore service.

All members of the technical team have been vetted in line with the Cabinet Office’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS).

Our team maintains up to date accreditations from Fortinet, Microsoft, VMware and Red Hat.
