Configuring Outlook/Outlook Express email forwarding
On this page you will find information about setting up email forwarding.
Typically this will requirement will arise when you want to forward your NetBenefit email to another email address (usually your dial up provider) but you want your email address to display your NetBenefit domain name to the recipient.
1. Launch Outlook Express, then Single Left Click on Tools followed by a Single Left Click on Accounts.

2. Single Left Click on the Mail Tab, select the mail account you are forwarding to then Single Left Click on Properties.

3. Left Click into the E-mail address section and change the email address to that of your domain. Single Left Click on OK and Single Left Click on Close in the Internet Accounts window.

4. Only proceed to this stage if just making the changes on the step 3 does not work. NetNames mail forwarding customers will not able to use this.
Follow steps 1 to 3 then. Left Click on the Servers Tab. Left Click into the Outgoing mail (SMTP) section and change the server name to mailhost.netbenefit.com. Single Left Click on OK and Single Left Click on Close in the Internet Accounts window.

If you have completed the tutorial and are still encountering problems, or have any further questions on the subject please e-mail NetBenefit support who will be able to help you.
