Managed server monitoring
NetBenefit provides a range of server monitoring options which can be tailored to suit your business requirements. We offer two levels of hosted server monitoring:
Standard Monitoring
A standard level of monitoring which comes with every Windows or Linux server. This service provides a basic level of monitoring on 2 ports and alerts via email to two nominated addresses.
Advanced Monitoring
The Advanced Monitoring service from NetBenefit provides in-depth and pro-active tracking of what is taking place on your website or hosted applications and the servers that they rely upon.
Advanced server monitoring services include:- 24 x 7 custom server monitoring
- Real-time alerting of service issues and resolutions, or content changes, by email and SMS
- Ability to monitor up to 10 ports or URLs
- Remote monitoring of more complex resource issues or system failures such as database availability or disc failure.
