It’s important that all NetBenefit customers can access the support that they need. Whether you are a managed hosting customer or a shared hosting customer, we want to make sure your request is directed to the right team as quickly as possible. Please take a few moments to read this section before contacting us.

Managed hosting/dedicated server support

Managed hosting support

NetBenefit provides professional UK based 24x7 support for its managed hosting customers.  (Please note support for domain names, email, Website Styler/WebStarter and shared web hosting is not available on this number.  For support for these NetBenefit online products you should select the Shared hosting tab above.)

If you have a managed or dedicated server, you can contact support in one of the following ways.  In the event of an out of hours emergency, you should ALWAYS use the emergency support number in your Client Information Pack.

Support is available between the hours of 08:30 and 18:00, Monday to Friday. Out of hours support is available for all managed hosting clients. Out of hours support details are confirmed in your NetBenefit client information pack. This information is sent to managed hosting clients when a managed hosting solution goes live.

Managed hosting clients with urgent queries outside of business hours, should always contact NetBenefit using the out of hours support telephone number detailed in the managed hosting client information pack.

Shared hosting support

If you are a shared hosting customer, please use the following telephone number and email address to contact shared hosting support. Using other forms or email addresses on this site, may delay the response to your enquiry.

Please note support for these services is available between the hours of 09:00 and 17:30, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and between 10:00 and 17:30 on Wednesday.

Feedback and Complaints Procedure

We believe in providing excellent products and services backed up by first class support. However, we do realise that sometimes things go wrong. We will endeavor to put things right first time as quickly as we can. If you need to contact us to raise an issue, a complaint or give us some feedback then in the first instance contact us at support@netbenefit.com, or write to The Customer Experience Manager, NetBenefit, Prospero House, 241 Borough High Street, London SE1 1GA. We will acknowledge all correspondence within 8 working hours and aim to get a full answer to you within two working days.

Domain names support

If you have received a domain renewal notice from NetBenefit and would like to renew a NetBenefit domain name then you can do this quickly and easily online.

Simply proceed to www.netbenefit.com/renewal where you will be able to pay for the domain names you wish to renew. Please note that you will need both your username and password to do this. Once the payment has been processed, you can login to your account and access an invoice. It will take up to 24 hours to process your payment and, therefore, you will not be able to access your invoice before this point.

If you have forgotten your account login details, please use the Forgotten Login form provided at www.netbenefit.com/renewal and a reminder will be emailed to you.
