NetBenefit, one of the UK's most experienced managed hosting providers and part of Group NBT Ltd, has announced it is now offering IndexTools, a specialist tool which delivers on-demand web analytics solutions, to all of its customers, including a 15 day free trial.
A comprehensive website reporting system, IndexTools uses a sophisticated, browser-based, tracking system to identify and track visitors through a website. The system is able to identify details about website visitors, where visitors go in the website, and what they do while in the website. This will enable NetBenefit's customers to continuously measure the experiences of their web efforts, helping them to increase sales, reduce marketing costs and encourage visitor retention.
IndexTools is based on an award-winning proprietary database backend that comfortably serves even the most demanding high volume clients, with sites running into the hundreds of millions & billions of page views per month.
