NetBenefit chosen to host the world's largest security products website

Westminster works with government agencies and blue chip companies all over the world providing everything from fully integrated airport security solutions through to cutting edge secret service products across 45 countries. The new interactive customer portal includes multilingual support, secure access to up to date information for Westminster's overseas agents, encrypted enquiry facilities with personalised customer account centres, site-wide search of all products and datasheets and an interactive worldwide 'contact us' facility.  The website is expected to drive an increase of 300% in online sales.

Our website is accessed 24 hours a day by a truly global audience. We have had to factor in low bandwidth constraints, technology compatibility and advanced security encryption which is crucial to maintaining our market leading position in the global security and defence market. NetBenefit has worked with us to ensure we are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, which is absolutely essential to our business. 

McNeill continues: "Westminster was keen to benefit from all of the latest SQL 2008 features which meant that we had to find a Microsoft hosting partner that could work with us to develop a SQL 2008 solution. The sheer volume of products alone meant that it was a very complex project but we were also working with Microsoft on SQL 2008 pre-release.  NetBenefit’s technical support throughout the project enabled us to launch what we believe is the largest security products website worldwide, using the very latest cutting edge technology."
