Server monitoring services

NetBenefit uses a number of different server monitoring services across its data centres to monitor the performance of our network, customer servers and more specific variables such as the temperature and humidity of our data centres.

Server monitoring alerts are visible via screens across the Network Operations Centre (NOC) whilst CCTV allows us to remotely monitor what is happening within the data centre facilities.  In the event of an incident, alerts are distributed to all members of the NetBenefit management team to ensure the escalation procedure is immediate.

In addition to the internal server monitoring, we offer three different types of monitoring service for our customers: standard server monitoring, advanced server monitoring and Xymon performance monitoring.
